Flavo Box offers delicious homemade food prepared by talented Chefs using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We deliver the meals to your doorstep based on your subscription basis. We offer weekly (trial), monthly and top-up subscription plans to subscribe and we are closed on Sundays.


How can I place an order with Flavo Box?

To place an order with Flavo Box, visit our website at flavobox.com. Click on the “Menu” button On Top Of Menu Bar. Select the plan and package you require and click on the “Book a Package” button to place your order. If you need guidance, please call our support team at +32 492166986.


How do I check if my location is deliverable?

Flavo Box delivers to Most areas in and around Leuven. To check if we deliver to your area, simply click the Call Us +32 492166986 Our Support Team Will Help You.

Can you provide an estimated delivery time?

Due to factors such as customer location, traffic conditions, and weather, we cannot provide an exact delivery time. However, our meals are generally delivered within the following time slots:

Lunch: 11.30 pm to 2.00 pm
Dinner: 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm


How can I change my active subscription plan to a different one?

If you want to change your active plan to a different one, you can apply for the cancellation of your current plan. After canceling, place an order for the new plan you are interested in. The cost of the remaining days from your canceled plan can be utilized to pay for the new plan. For assistance with this process, please call our support team at +32 492166986.

What kind of food does Flavo Box offer?

Currently Flavo Box offers South&North Indian menu that are suitable for elderly, kids, and youngsters. The menu is designed such a way its delicious, non-repetitive, and healthy.

For whom Flavo Box is more suitable for?

Our subscription based delivery service is most suitable for busy students, and Elderly who can’t cook at home, for working professionals like doctors and engineers who don’t find time to prepare food, bachelors and moms who deserves a break atleast a day from their daily chores.


Can I choose different delivery locations for lunch, and dinner?

Yes, you can Choose different delivery locations for lunch and dinner in and around Leuven and Greater Leuven. While placing your order, enter the respective locations for each meal to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Can I skip or pause my subscription plan?

Of course! We offer the option to skip or pause your subscription plan for free. To do so, log in to your Accounts page, go to the ‘Active Plans’ section, locate your active subscription plan, click on the Skip or Pause button, choose the corresponding dates, and click OK. Please note the specific cut-off timings for each meal category.

Lunch: before 9 am of the next delivery date
Dinner: before 3 pm of the next delivery date

Note : You can skip a maximum of 6 days and pause/resume your plan up to 3 times.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at +32 492166986. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, we will refund you 80% of the cost for the remaining days of your subscription plan. The refund process takes 7 to 10 working days.
